Shipping

We use the United States Postal Service for shipping. USA packages are shipped Priority Mail. International packages are usually shipped using First Class Package Mail.

If an order is overcharged significantly for shipping, we will refund a portion of the shipping costs you were charged.

Canadian and international customers:  International packages can take 2 to 4 weeks to reach their destination.  We ask that you plan accordingly and be patient.  Once your order leaves our shop we have no control over how long it takes to get through customs on our side of the border or yours.  We have investigated other carriers, but the costs are prohibitive or the paperwork is so excessive that it is not practical for us.  We will continue to look into faster options.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days for a refund or replacement.

Your privacy is important to us and we will not share any information gathered other than what is necessary to fulfill your order.
